KMS has completed many complex and demanding restructuring projects, participating in various forms in numerous restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings; starting from preparing valuations for the purposes of bankruptcy proceedings (pre-pack), through restructuring consultancy and legal representation for debtors and creditors, to exercising functions in restructuring or bankruptcy proceedings.
A separate branch of KMS’s activity is the court and expert opinions division. One of the partners of the Law Firm, Jakub Michalak, is a court expert in various areas, including business valuation, insolvency, and examining the rationality and validity of management decisions.
The KMS Law Firm also conducts training and research activities. Partners KMS are speakers at many training courses and events on restructuring, bankruptcy and broadly understood insolvency events. Regularly publish articles, on practical problems of applying the law.

Currently, the KMS law firm consists of over 30 people, including a qualified restructuring advisor, 3 licensed restructuring advisors, lawyers, economists, interim managers and court experts on insolvency and enterprise value.
